Kickass Partners LLC Service Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kr8d platform and related services offered by Kickass Partners LLC at https://kickass.partners . By creating an account, joining an organization, or using any portion of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Organization owners and administrators control membership access and are responsible for ensuring that their team members comply with these Terms.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Services solely for lawful business purposes related to managing music projects and related workflows. You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to access them by unauthorized means, or interfere with their operation.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create within Kr8d. By using the Services, you grant Kickass Partners LLC a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to deliver the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

5. Service Changes

We may update or discontinue features from time to time. We strive to provide notice of material changes that impact your use of the Services. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kickass Partners LLC disclaims all warranties and limits liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if continued access would pose a risk to the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time; organization owners may delete an organization per our standard procedures.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, excluding its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless governing law requires otherwise.
